The term work-life balance has become something of a holy grail for most people. They know they need more of it, but the pressures and time constraints of the day make it impossible to achieve. Steve's Work-Life Balance Workshop is a highly interactive and very personal session that allows participants to take stock of their work lives, family lives and personal priorities. Its goal is to empower individuals with the ability to enjoy a fully balanced life, which includes productivity at work, fitness, healthy eating, quality time with friends, family and hobbies, and quality sleep. This session brings together all of the expertise that Steve has build up over the course of his career, including psychology, fitness, politics and power relationships, and self determination.
