Strategic Capability Network

I heard Steve present at the Strategic Capability Network breakfast meeting. Steve presented "Ten ways the workplace has changed - and one way it hasn't" at the August 25th members meeting. Not only was Steve a well organized presenter, he made it very clear what his point was and gave me some food for thought on how social media can be used in the workplace to improved productivity. In addition he expanded my thinking on this topic and confirmed that people are still people (ie the one thing that has not changed!) and they want to feel connected and part of the team. I thoroughly enjoyed Steve's material and would welcome the opportunity to hear him again.
