Wellness

have the time to figure out exactly how to go about establishing a plan
for eating, exercise and stress management, and then sticking to it.
The
Health At Work program draws upon the health expertise of a number rof
recognized experts to deliver a manageable half-day session full of
practical information and how tos all designed to ensure our physiological
selves are best attuned to get through the workday successfully, and
still have energy for a life afterwards.
As
with all of our sessions we offer extensive assessment and curriculum
construction, informative handout materials, and regular follow-up to
ensure the development of permanent best practices.
This
