Change Management
This session helps individuals and teams face change and then successfully implement it. Participants will observe the foundations of change management and will apply it either to a real-life situation that they face, or they will be given the opportunity to work, hands-on, on a prepared classroom exercise. Our session focuses on all element of the change process and is highly interactive and enjoyable. .

- Planning and Project Management for implementing change
- Identifying key strategies and tactics for change

- Value realization and measurement
- Assessing the competencies required to successfully manage change
- Needs analysis, and actual assessment exercises to identify team readiness
- Risk analysis, SWOT analysis and mitigation strategies
- Time, planning and Project Management issues
- Implementing the Human Change Management process for navigating complex change initiatives: Awareness, Acceptance, Adoption, Acknowledgement, Assimilation
Workshop facilitator Steve Prentice is an expert project manager who has delivered course in Change Management both individually and as part of an extended Project Management curriculum.
This session will give participants full, practical working knowledge of how to go about managing a significant change in their organization, whether as a team member or as a leader.
