About Us
Steve Prentice, B.A. Communications, B.A. Psychology, is a specialist in organizational psychology, with his focus being the effective pairing of people and technology in the workplace. He is an accomplished professional speaker and the published author of two books, Cool Time: A Hands-on Plan for Managing Work and Balancing Time (John Wiley & Sons, 2005) and Cool Down: Getting Further by Going Slower (John Wiley & Sons, 2007). He makes frequent appearances on television, radio and in print in both Canada and the US, as an expert in workplace productivity issues. Gabriella Fermo (Gabe) is a skilled trainer, coach, and consultant. As a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) qualified practitioner, Gabe incorporates the fundamentals of personality assessment to help individuals and teams maximize their potential. Gabe acquired broad educational, organizational, and management experience with some of North America's most progressive companies. As a human resources practitioner and change management consultant she has equally assisted individuals and organizations gain a competitive edge through learning and development. Her creative yet down to earth style has enabled clients to put into practice the key behaviours required to attain higher levels of personal growth, performance, and productivity. Gabe's degree in Industrial Relations and Psychology is complemented with the CHRP designation and a Master Trainer certification. Gabe has also completed numerous years of coursework in continuing education studies.
Rachel Weinstein, MBA, CPCC, is an expert coach, whose speciality is working with Manager to Director-level individuals in large organizations, as well as with entrepreneurs. Some of the most popular issues she deals with include: gaining clarity around career direction; getting to get to the "next place" (a new role, a new career; improving/changing reputation in the organization; improving productivity and performance; dealing with difficulties (i.e.: difficult people, personal demands, challenging decisions, negative feedback, dismissal or threat of dismissal; developing a unique leadership style (ie: leading effectively and authentically; dealing with a recent transition (a new role, new responsibilities, etc.; and managing work/life balance.
